Kenny Yakito: World's Greatest Chiropractor

When my sons were very young (2004) they loved the Power Rangers. I caught this one day and it was so hilarious! Who knew that the Blue Power Ranger was a world famous Chiropractor?

Intention is Everything

I have had many clients tell me to share my intention "sticky note" that I have posted near my table. This is what it says:

"Whoever receives my care will manifest Optimal Health and Functioning at Physical, Emotional and Mental Levels, and in particular will enjoy an increased sense of Energy, Vigor and Well-Being for the benefit of all".

It simply helps me check in and focus on "what its all about". As they say, Energy (Intention) is Everything.

Mr. Okra: Fruits and Veggies at Your Door!

I remember getting my fruits and veggies this way. Wish I had the same service here in Charlotte.

In Rememberance of him...

MLK, Jr: Simply put, if it wasn't for him I probably wouldn't have been able to attend college and receive my Doctor of Chiropractic Degree.

My 2010 Resolutions

1) Buy meats and veggies from a local organic farmer at least once a month.
2) Get a Deep Tissue Massage at least every 4 to 6 weeks.
3) Continue to provide Chiropractic care to everyone like I'd like to be treated - thoroughly.

#1 Pet Peeve

I know its the season to be grateful and all that (see previous post), however I feel the need to vent today. I have heard three people this past week tell me that they told their friends about our office and wanted them to come here. The response has been "I went to a Chiropractor already and I had a bad experience". I got to admit that this has to be my Top Pet Peeve! This is the same type of reasoning as getting a bad haircut and never getting a haircut again, or eating a bad meal at a restaurant and never going out to eat again! Their is no difference if you just fill in the blanks. What's worse is that this is their well being and health.

Encourage your friends and family to try us. If they say the above Pet Peeve you can call them out on it and blame it on me.
